Mary Martin Kelley, 88, passed away peacefully at her home on March 21, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Edward Kelley, brothers Roy Edward Martin and Harold Martin, and sister Clara Hargrove.
Mary was an avid SEC football and basketball fan. She was also a worthy opponent while playing board games. Mary enjoyed traveling and readily shared memories of numerous trips. She was concerned for the well being of all animals and found great comfort in the companionship of her beloved pets.
Mary is survived by her three children, Hope Dugan (John), Wade Kelley (Theresa), and Cass Kelley (Angie). She deeply enjoyed talking with and visits from her four grandchildren, Kendall Kelley, Patrick Kelley, Cody Dugan, and Susanna Jackson (Nate). She was blessed to have three great-grandchildren, Hayden, Malachi and Adriana Jackson. Mary is also survived by several nieces and nephews that always brought her great joy.
Following a private family graveside service, Mary will be laid to rest at Chattanooga National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Red Bank Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 115 Morrison Springs Road, Chattanooga 37415.
