Nancy Pedigo, 91, of Chattanooga, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018. Nancy loved her Lord and faithfully served at St. Elmo UMC in subdistrict Youth work, and as church organist, then organist at Trinity-Woodmore UMC. She was a member of Brainerd UMC and The Friendship Sunday School Class.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Horton Pedigo and two great-grandchildren, Forrest and Finley Harris.
She is survived by her son, Donald L. (Dorene) Pedigo of Chattanooga; daughter, Lynne (Walt) Spivey of Dayton, TN; grandchildren, Rebecca Harris, Sarah Toliver and Daniel Spivey; great-grandchildren, Autumn Spivey, Fletcher Harris, Addelynne Toliver and Rowan Spivey; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Adoption Fund at New Union Baptist Church, 4060 Double S Road, Dayton, TN 37321.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 1 pm to 3 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel with a service to follow immediately after at 3 pm. Burial will be held at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
