Nora L. Rothwell, 99, of Chattanooga, passed away on August 13, 2020. She was a member of Mountain Creek Church of Christ. Nora was preceded in death by her husband, LW “Bill” Rothwell; daughter, Carolyn Congdon and son-in-law, Lloyd Congdon; parents, Sell Jennings and Edith Jennings; sister, Mary J. Turner; brothers, Cecil Jennings (Lola) and Bernard Jennings.
Survivors include daughter, Barbara Robinson (Mike); grandchildren, Mike Congdon, Wendi Congdon Stott(Bobby); Brad Congdon(Holly); Joe Robinson; Leann Romans (Sam) Becky Sutherland (Wade); fifteen great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
The family would like to offer special thanks to Hospice for their assistance and thoughtfulness.
The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm Monday at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson. The funeral will be in the funeral home chapel at 2 pm followed by interment in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
