Pauline (Polly) Layne Maxwell (September 7, 1949 – August 30, 2021) was a strong independent woman.
She was generous and kind to the end, always in constant support of her family. She died peacefully at her home after a fierce, yet graceful battle against a long term unforgiving disease. She will most certainly be missed but never forgotten. We loved you yesterday, and will love you tomorrow Mimi!!
She is survived by daughter Kristi Reiniche (Darren, Cooper & Mason), daughter Tracy Hibbs (Shawn, Pierson, Alyssa, Ethan), and several siblings, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021, at 11:00 AM EDT, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Pastor Eddie Ellison, of Middle Cross Baptist Church, officiating.
