I worked with Randy as a student alongside the Special Needs program at Hixson High school. He was always had a bright smile and humor that carried more motion than any pendulum could wish to swing at. I always had shopped at the auto parts store he worked at, after finding out he had worked there, and I was delighted to see him whenever he was around.

My largest condolences to the family of Randy, he'll be missed and held dearly within the Hixson community.

Randy was like a brother to me..He always listened when I needed advise or someone to talk to.I met him thru a former employer.We became good friends.Im very thankful for the time we had.We worked together and we watched our kids grow up as well.I loved him and wish we could have had more time. I know he is in a better place pain free.I will miss him dearly.My thoughts and prayers are with his family.Fly high my friend.With love Debbie

Going through my pictures Randy and I shared back and forth, I quickly realized none of them would be appropriate to share; nothing bad, just silly.  🤣 Randy and I shared a classroom for many years and during that time we became friends and then family.  We shared humor, laughter, petpeves, secrets, smiles, trust, and a bond. He was one of the only male figures my son had. He took the time and invested himself in people. He struggled with so much pain and still showed up with a listening ear, a joke, or a kind heartfelt smile. He had a “story” for about anything and I’d give anything to shoot the “breeze” with him across our desks again.  He was one dude I’d trust with my 6. Much love and God’s speed. Until we meet again, much love.

I want to say first and foremost I am so sorry for the loss of a wonderful man. Prayers ongoing for his son Randy Jr whom he loved very very much! Randy Sr. Was like an Uncle to me and my sister from the time we were young girls till he left this earth. He was like a brother to my mother. This loss is definitely a hard one to swallow. We are all devastated. R.I.P. Randy Sr. till we meet again! We love you.
