Born in Fort Payne, Alabama, Rebecca has lived in Soddy Daisy for many years. She was a retired traveling Registered Nurse, caring for patients all around the country in, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, California and Hawaii. Rebecca was a wonderful loving Mother, NaNa, Sister, and Friend. She never met a stranger, and her door was always open to anyone in need. Rebecca’s biggest joys were time with family, friends, and of course every doggy she ever owned.
She was preceded in death by her son James “Kevin” White; sister, Yvette (Edward) Hardeman; brother, Billy (Ruby) Turner and great grandson, Madyx Hale.
Rebecca is survived by her son, Tracy (Patti) White; granddaughter, Brittany (Brandon) Hale; great grandsons, Masyn and Greyson Hale; sister, Lynn (Gerald) Roberson; brother Jimmy (Shelbia) Turner and many nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance and Memorial for Rebecca and her son Kevin White will take place from 11am until 1pm on Saturday, October 25, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
