

Mrs. Marcheta exemplified many skills throughout her life as an office manager, a proof-reader, as well as a sales associate at a local department store, but is was at the age of forty-five when she found her real calling as an entrepreneur in the highly fast paced logistics business in Chattanooga, TN. Her business allowed her to travel to most of the continental United States, which she enjoyed immensely.
Marcheta was also a very devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Marcheta was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Flora Mae Smith, her sisters, Evaline Colkitt, Nadine Brown, Vaunda Smith Bienert, and Juanita Smith.
Marcheta is survived by her husband of fifty-three years, Jimmy David Henley, one daughter, Mrs. Amy Henley – White (Eric White), her precious grandchildren, Eli Henley White, and Elizabeth Grace Henley White. As well as her great niece, whom she raised, Mrs. Darlene Skidmore Rudd (Tony Rudd), and her children, Shane Cameron Skidmore (Christina Skidmore) and Kirstin Paige Stanton (Dillon Henley).
Mrs. Marcheta touched many lives during her time here on earth and will be greatly missed by everyone who had the privilege to meet her.
