With great sadness we announce the passing of Donna Kornyk of Hixson, Tennessee on Monday, September 29, 2025.
Born Willa Donna Reta Pratt on April 30, 1938 in Blackville, NB Canada. Loving daughter to the late Harry Pratt and Lorna Morton. She was the cherished wife of 61 years to the late Milton Kornyk. She was also predeceased by her brother, Gerry Pratt, and step-father William Morton. She is survived by daughter Vicki (Trefor) Powell; son Michael Kornyk; brother Richard (Lynn) Pratt; sister Heather Morton; sister-in-law Diane Pratt; grandson Joel (Vera) Powell; grandson Jordan Powell; great grandchildren Ava Powell, Avner Powell and Liora Powell; nieces Nicole (Sean) Pratt McDermott and Shawna (Terry) Pratt Bergin; grand niece/nephews Chase & Hudson McDermott and Brynn & Ben Bergin.
Donna will forever be remembered as a gentle soul who loved her family greatly. She never ceased to put all others before herself, offered unconditional support and always had a smile & kind words for everyone she met. She will be missed by all who knew her but her gift of fond memories of love & laughter will endure forever.
