Adrian Scott "Pawpaw Pops" Rutherford, born July 12, 1945 in Edinburg, Texas, passed away August 22, 2018 at his home in Tomball, Texas.

Scott is survived by his wife of 48 years, his sweet girl, Joyce Francone Rutherford, his son Shane and wife Courtney; son Chad; grandchildren Jordan Maher, Caleb Kyle and Kynsie Rutherford, and his fur babies Tootsie and Mia. He is also survived by his mother, Shirley Ross; brother, Jody Rutherford and sister Samye Lou Ellis, and many many other family and friends.

He enjoyed spending most of his time with his #1 girl eating, gambling, and watching his grandkids at their many sporting events. He retired from Harris County Precinct 4 Road and Bridge Division; which he considered his extended family. Scott enjoyed a full life of travel, with many trips to Garner, and coaching numerous kids he considered his own. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Fairbanks United Methodist Church, 14210 Aston. Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Fairbanks Cemetery.
