Bobbie was one of ten children of Jessie Mack Talkington and Eula Emma Talkington. She grew up in Russellville, Arkansas and married Jasper Lee Humphrey. They moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 1942 with their only child, Betty Jane. Lee passed away in 1979 and Bobbie continued living in Fort Worth until 1998, before moving to Houston to be with her daughter and family.
Bobbie is survived by her daughter, Betty Palmer Moran; grandchildren, Sharon and John Hudson, Steve and Dawn Palmer; great grandchildren, Taylor and Nick Hawkins, Ashley Williamson and husband Levi, Jenna Shelton and husband Andy, Samantha Williams and husband Tyler.
Family and friends will gather for a graveside service at 4:00 p.m. Friday, December 27th at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth.
