

Arthur Gonzales passed away surrounded by family on Friday, November 3rd in Pasadena, Texas. He was born in Houston to Maria and Luis Gonzales on August 15, 1951. Arthur attended Milby High School, where he received many honors as the ROTC Drill Commander and Battalion Commander, and while there, fell in love with his high school sweetheart, Alma. Arthur and Alma were happily married for 45 years and have two children, Arthur A. Gonzales, and Cynthia Denise Polnaszek. Arthur enjoyed a successful career at Shell Oil for 36 years and retired in 2005. He loved spending time with his family, traveling, camping, skiing, restoring old mustangs, coaching both baseball and select softball, watching the Cowboys, and taking care of his grandbabies. Arthur Gonzales is preceded in death by his parents and brothers - Albert and Roy Gonzales. He leaves behind a legacy love with wife Alma, children, Arthur, Cynthia Denise and Nathaniel Polnaszek, grandchildren, Aydee Gonzales, Avery, Charlotte, Beau Polnaszek, and in-laws Jennifer and Charles Polnaszek. Arthur also leaves behind brothers, Louis Gonzales, Ruben Gonzales, sisters Dolores Gonzalez, Mary Saucedo, Amelia Martinez, and so many beautiful nieces and nephews.
