Betty Quade went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 29, 2013. Betty was born on May 28, 1929 in Houston, Texas to Bruno Oswald (Sonny) and Wilhemina Johanna Berndt. Betty was a graduate of Milby High School, Class of 1947. She was a long time member of Zion Lutheran Church in Pasadena, Texas for the past 60 years. Betty was preceded in death by her loving parents and brother, Karl Berndt. Surviving and mourning her loss are her sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Elizabeth Quade, Karl Wayne and Kellie Quade; grandchildren, Amanda Goss, Candice Luedke, Lacey Bowser, Tyler Quade; great grandchildren, Cassidi Goss, Montgomery Bowser; sisters-in-law, Louise Berndt and Mitzi McGlone; nieces and nephews, Joslyn and Sean Dobson, Lisa and Mike Miller, Mike and Ann McGlone and numerous loving friends and family members. By means of God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, Betty now enjoys the peace of eternal life in heaven.
