Carman enjoyed arts and crafts, bingo, and going to the casino. She'll be remembered fondly for her fiery personality but also her unwavering passion for her family and friends and desire to help whenever needed.
Carman is preceded in death by her son, Joe Frank Garcia; her parents; and two brothers, Junior and Bobby.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Monica and Keith Richardson; 2 grandchildren, Erika and Josh Richardson; 1 sister, Juanita, and 1 brother, Alfred; as well as many nieces and nephews.
