She is preceded in death by her husband Pedro Sosa Sr., sons Pedro Sosa Jr., Daniel Sosa Sr., Sammy Sosa, and grandson Johnny Santiago Jr.
She is survived by Albert Sosa Sr., Richard Sosa Sr., Brenda Sosa Santiago, and Cynthia Sosa and Sister; Angelia (Chela) Yanez. Also left to cherish her memory are 25 Grandchildren, 53 Great Grandchildren, and 16 Great Great Grandchildren.
A visitation for Cecilia will be held Sunday, January 6, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A funeral service will occur Monday, January 7, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
