

Charlie was born on October 11th, 1942, in Olivier, LA, to Andrew O’Dellan and Sidney Juanita Westbrook. After the family moved to the Houston area, Charlie attended Hamilton Junior High and Reagan High School, where he was a multi-sport athlete.
Charlie spent his entire career in the PVF Industry…where he and brother, Sidney co-founded Westbrook Sales and Distributing in 1966, where they worked alongside one another until around 2008.
Like the PVF Industry, Charlie also had a passion for sports, especially Fastpitch Softball, that he sponsored, coached and played for many years.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew O’Dellan and Sidney Juanita Westbrook; brother, Sidney O’Dellan Westbrook and sisters, Delores Curtis and Judy Westbrook and wife, Eileen Westbrook, mother of son, Howard Houston.
Brenda, Charlie’s wife and companion of 17 years, was by his side through all his health issues, especially the last 11-12 years.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Brenda; sister, Sammie Christopher; son, Howard Houston and wife, Tammy, daughter, Terry Noska and husband, Randy and daughter, Charley (Lil Charley) Westbrook. Charlie had 4 Grandchildren… Wesley Houston and wife, Katina, Haylie Elliott and husband, John, Randy Noska Jr. and wife, Lauren, and Alexander Clayton. Charlie also had 6 Great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A Visitation will be held on Monday March 17th from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. A Celebration Service will be held for Charlie Westbrook on Tuesday, March 18th at 1:00 pm in The Grand Chapel at Forest Park - Lawndale, located at 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023.
