

Cheryl Kay Dingas, 59 passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2014, in San Antonio, Texas. Cheryl is survived by her husband of 41 years M.Sgt. Charles Dingas, Jr., USMC (Ret), sons; Charles Walter Dingas and his wife Caterina, William Anthony Dingas, daughter, Carol Lynn Dingas, sister, Patricia Killen and her husband Don, grandson; Dante Christopher Dingas, brother-in-law; Gregory E. Dingas and his wife Norina and several nieces and nephews. Cheryl and Charles recently moved from Columbia, South Carolina to San Antonio, Texas where they resided. She was very active with the Marine Corps League and St. Barnabas Church. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 14, 2014, 8am – 9am. The funeral service will follow at 9am at Heights Funeral Home. Interment Houston National Cemetery, Fr. Philip Rogers officiating.
