Consuelo was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and a member of the Catholic Daughters of The Americas #1713 for 25 years.
She enjoyed being an active volunteer with Southeast Area Ministries for 10 years, until 2020. Consuelo was a devoted wife and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Consuelo is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Jose G. Solis.
Left to cherish her memory is her only son, Jose Solis Jr.; daughters, Sylvia Rodriguez, Martha and husband Roland Davila, Olga and husband Robert Colunga, and Irma Solis. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Sarah (Rodriguez) and husband Rafael Rangel, Raymond Rodriguez and fiancée Leticia Hernandez, Marcus and wife Mayra Davila, Mario Davila, Cristina (Colunga) and husband Albert Garcia, Adrian and wife Adriana Colunga, Angie (Colunga) and husband Jay Aranda, Alex and wife Crystal Colunga, and Crystal, Laura, Diana, and Ester Solis. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; her sister, Dolores, and husband Roy Zermeno; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Consuelo will be deeply missed by her family and friends who loved her for her sense of humor, generosity, and warm smile.
