Mr. West will lie in state from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Monday, August 30, 2010 at Heights Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in Historic Hollywood Cemetery, Houston, Texas. Friends are welcome to attend.
