Delores Allen

Delores Allen peacefully passed into the presence of the Lord on January 19, 2019. She was the widower of John Allen, they shared a beautiful marriage and friendship many years together. Born in Alexandria, Louisiana she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Davis. She attended Southern University where she pursued a degree in Education. She later moved to Houston, Texas and begun her career as Legal Clerk Executive for Judge Patronella for many years. Delores is survived by her brother Mr. and Mrs. Lanell Davis, Children: Billy Ray Tyson, Pamela & Forrest Busby, Michael & Yolonda Allen, and Danny Allen. Grandchildren: Honey Tyson-Smart (Rossan Smart), Megan Tyson, Jared Tyson, Ryan Tyson, Malisha Allen, Marquess Allen, Brittney Busby, and Brian Busby. Great Grandchildren: Ryan Smart and Ross Smart Nephews Eric and LaShun Davis; and a host of other relatives and friends. Delores was a devoted Christian, Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother. She enjoyed watching the gameshow network and eating a delicious slice of pound cake. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
