Donna was born in Houston, Texas. Donna graduated E.L. Furr High School in 1968. To name just a few of her greatest joys in life: having daughter, Shanda and marrying the love of her life, Eugene on January 24, 1975. Some of their fondest memories together were the family fun times at their Lake house in Livingston, TX., hitching up their RV and traveling the countryside, and being Grandma to Josh. Donna was a talented singer and dancer and loved serving in her church choir for many years.
Donna is survived by husband of fifty (50) years, Eugene Glasgow, and daughter, Shanda Beasley; along with five stepchildren, Larry Glasgow, Sherry Parker, Karen Glasgow, Jennifer Pollak, and Fran Brents. Donna is also survived by her grandson, Joshua Ford and step granddaughter Sadie Parker. Her niece Tiffany Stringer Kenerly and two great nieces Zoey and Sophie Kenerly.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Quein Morris (Father), Jackie Mitchell Morris (Mother), Penny Morris Stringer (Sister) and Kody Key (step grandson).
A visitation for Donna will be held Monday, March 10, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 10, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A committal service will occur Monday, March 10, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
