Dorothy Jane Howell, age 75, of Houston, Texas passed away on Wednesday April 25, 2018. Dorothy was born March 1, 1943 to Carrie Gertie Carver and James Edward Carver.

Dorothy is survived by her husband of 57 years, Lee Fuller Howell; son Clifton Howell and fiance Peggy; daughter Cynthia Remagan and husband Clint; brother Clarence Carver and sister Ruthie Blackwell; granddaughters Laura Garrett and Maegan Griffith and three great grandchildren. She also leaves behind many other friends and family.

Dorothy was preceded in death by; daughter Kathy Ann Howell; father James Edward Carver; mother Carrie Gertie Carver; and brother David Carver.

A visitation for Dorothy will be held Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. A celebration of life funeral service will occur Monday, April 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM, at Earthman Resthaven. A committal service will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
