Dorothy Carlson Wolfe Marks was born in Rockford, Illinois on August 18, 1922, to Oscar and Elizabeth Carlson. She went to her final resting place on June 8, 2014. Her survivors include her son, Joseph M. Wolfe Jr., wife Janell, their daughters Catherine Wolfe, Karen Griet and husband Robert. Dorothy also leaves behind a daughter, Susan Wolfe Schlueter, husband Barry, daughter Shelly Schlueter, husband Mark Poole and great granddaughter, Selena Poole. Predeceasing her were her wonderful husbands, Dr. Joseph M. Wolfe and Mr. Lenny Marks. Dorothy became a Certified Life Underwriter and worked for Prudential Insurance until her retirement. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014, at 10:30 AM at Forest Park Lawndale.
