Edward L. Franks, age 88, passed away Monday, December 24, 2012 in Tomball, Texas. He was a Master Mason in Good Standing of Park Place No. 1172; an Endowed member of The Scottish Rite of Free Masonry; and a member of VFW Post 10352. He was preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Berty Franks; Survived by, son, Larry Franks and wife Debbie; granddaughters: Allison Grenier and husband Stephen, and Megan Franks; and numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 3, 2012 at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77060.
