Edward Russell Rivers, age 56 passed away on Friday March 2, 2018. Edward was born July 8, 1961 in Houston, Texas to Geraldine Champion and Edward Emanuel Rivers. Edward is survived by; daughter Amber Rivers; and son Aaron Rivers; mother Geraldine Champion; sister Cyntia Rivers and sister Shelley Acree and her husband Mark. Edward was preceded in death by; father Edward Emanuel Rivers.

A visitation for Edward will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heights Funeral Home, 1317 Heights Blvd, Houston, Texas 77008. A funeral service will occur Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Heights Funeral Home, burial to follow will at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1101 Antoine, Houston, Texas 77055.
