Etta Mae Francis

Mrs. Etta Mae Francis was born in Taylor, Texas November 19, 1929 to the proud parents of Douglas Green and Mary Kellogg. Both parents preceded her in death. She gave he life to Christ and was baptized at an early age at Zion Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Taylor, Texas. Mrs. Francis graduated from Blackshear High School in Taylor, Texas. She then went on to continue her education at Huston Tilison College in Austin, Texas. She later resided in Houston, Texas where she united in holy matrimony to Willie Joseph Francis. From this union she gave birth to seven children. She also appreciated the good things in life such as enjoying a good meal with family and friends and traveling with her children. Mrs.Francis is preceded in death by her parents Douglas Green & Mary Kellogg; husband Willie J. Francis; brothers Clarence Green and Prince Green; and son Charles Edward Francis. She leaves to cherish precious memories her sister Helen Marie Rance; four sons Willie Ray Francis, Kenneth Eugene Francis,Larry Darnell Francis and Rickey Lee Francis; two daughters Carolyn Yvonne Francis and Patricia Ann Jackson. She also leaves to mourn her passing thirteen grandchildren,thirteen great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
