Eugene M. Flores

Our Precious Father Eugene M Flores 73, was taken by Our heavenly fathers angels to be with the Lord on Friday, January 16, 2015. He was born January 1, 1942 to Pablo Flores and Maria Isabel Marino Flores in Cd. Madero, Mexico. He married Maria De Jesus Garza in 1963. Had a love for music, enjoyed sports especially baseball, soccer and boxing. Played baseball in his early years and proudly coached many of his son's baseball games.

He was the most friendliest, kindest, considerate, loving, devotional husband and father. He put family first above anything else. He was always there for his children and anyone who needed his generous help. He was also a very loving grandfather to 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dad befriended everyone who was fortunate to come into his life. He had a sense of humor like no other. Our father was one of a kind and will truly be missed by us all...we love you so very much and you will live within our hearts forever...

Dad is survived by our mother Maria de Jesus Flores; his 4 daughters and son, Maria Isabel, Norma, Maricela, Eugene and Cynthia; 14 grandchildren Richard, Jonathan, Stephen and Clarissa Vasquez; Haylie, Brittany and Joseph Davila, Christiani Gutierrez; Giselle and Chloe Flores; Kaitlyn, Kenith, Katherine and Kamil Perez; 4 great grandchildren Brianna, Jacob, Aaden and Aadalyn Bustos; brothers and sisters, Maria de La Paz, Jose Isabel, Roman, Maria de Jesus, Cuahtemoc and Jose Cruz; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents, grandparents and sister Matea.

A Visitation will held from 5-9 p.m. on Wednesday January 21, 2015 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023

The Funeral Service will be held at 10: 00 a.m. on Thursday January 22, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 2405 Navigation Blvd. Houston TX 77003

Burial to follow at Forest Park Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
