We were very shocked to hear of my brothers death ,my codolence to my sister in law  Esther and her son Albert and his family.He will be missed dearly.God bless him and his family and help them get through this in the days ahead .He was a very special person to me and his brother in law  Cat we   will cherish his memories always  Cat and Vera Silva

I was shocked and sadden to hear of my brother-in-law's passing. My fondest memory of Frank was him coming over and watching football with my daddy up until my daddy's passing. We love you and we will miss you. My love and prayers to the Loera Family.

I am saddened to learn of Frank's death. Frank was a Reagan High School classmate and a great guy. My condolence to Frank's family.
