

and Delmas Brooks. Raised in the church, Gladys developed a deep and
abiding faith in the Lord that guided her throughout her life.
A gifted seamstress, Gladys used her talents to bless others and found joy in
the simple, loving acts of service that reflected her heart for God and people.
She was a devoted and faithful member of her church, always willing to lend
a helping hand and share words of encouragement.
Gladys was united in holy matrimony to the late Eddie Eugene Williams,
and together they raised three beloved sons. Her dedication as a wife, mother,
and grandmother was unwavering, and her love for her family was a shining
example of grace and strength.
Gladys also enjoyed the beauty of God’s creation and found peace and joy in
spending time outdoors. One of her favorite pastimes was fishing in Galveston,
where she loved to relax on the pier and enjoy the simple blessings of life.
On November 1, 2025, at the blessed age of 101, Gladys Lucille Williams
peacefully transitioned from this life into eternal rest with her Savior.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory two sons, Eddie (Margaret)
Williams and Charles (Pavla) Williams; beloved daughter by love, Audrey
(Richard); two granddaughters, Monica and Nicole; a grandson, Richard; and
devoted nieces and nephews, Diane,Beulah, Kathy, Sophronia, Terry, Linda,
Joseph, Wayne and Bracy.
She will also be fondly remembered by extended
family members, friends, and all who were blessed to know her.
Though her earthly journey has ended, the legacy of her love,
faith, and kindness will live on forever in the hearts of those she
touched.
