Jerry is preceded in death by his mother, Sylvia Hern; step-father, Lloyd Hern; daughter, Jennifer Wright and brother, Lloyd Hern Jr. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary Caruso Smith; sons, David Smith and wife Jamie, Michael Smith and wife Christy; son-in-law, Richard Wright; grandchildren, Ivy Wright, Adam Smith, Lauran Smith, Gemini Smith, Michaela Smith and Vito Smith; sister, Kathy Paul.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with a rosary service at 7:00 p.m. at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home with a committal service to follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
