Joshua “Chachi” Reyes, 39, of Houston, Texas, passed on Thursday, October 7, 2021. Joshua was born to Father; Reyes J. Lopez and Mother; Antonia M. Reyes on May 4, 1982, in Houston, Texas. He married Sylvia G. Reyes and together they raised five children.
He is survived by his spouse Sylvia G. Reyes; mother, Antonia M. Reyes; daughters, Anita Reyes, Alize Reyes and Ruby Reyes; sons, Joshua Reyes Jr. and Ivan Reyes. He also leaves to cherish his memory his sisters; Matilda Reyes, Tomasa Reyes, Angela Reyes (Luis), Maria Reyes, and Mercedes Reyes (Manuel); brothers, Anastacio Reyes (Tracy), Jose Reyes (Tiffany) and Gerardo Reyes (Lulu); grandchildren, Ava, Ilyena, Nikolai Santana, Amir Reyes; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Reyes J. Lopez; grandparents Anita Murillo and Baudelio Murillo; and niece, Emily A. Reyes.
Chachi was a loving, caring husband and family man that enjoyed BBQ’n & fishing. He worked hard and loved traveling to different states and cities for his job. Chachi will always be remembered and missed for his unconditional love, humor, generosity and dedication to his family.
