Judith Francis Kristek Antosh, 96, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 in her daughter’s home in Dallas, Texas. Judy was born on October 1, 1924 in Ammannsville, Texas to her parents, George and Lillie Kristek. On December 27, 1943 she married George Jim Antosh and immediately moved to Washington D.C. where they lived for 3 years while her husband George served in the Air Force. After the War they moved to Houston. George was the love of her life!
In Houston, she raised her family while working for Armour and Company for 30 years until her retirement in 1979. In 2001, after her husband George’s death, she moved to Dallas to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren.
Judy enjoyed crocheting, sewing, camping and spending time with her 3 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Donna and husband Joe Walkoviak of Dallas; grandchildren Laura and husband Casey Lintner of Dallas; Brenda and husband Patrick Conway of Fort Worth; Pamela and husband Rob Ward of Broomfield, CO; Great-Grandchildren; Emma Holthouser, Kate Holthouser, Anna Conway, Thomas Conway, Christopher Conway, Jackson Ward, Alexandra Ward, and Andrew Ward.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband George Jim Antosh; her parents; and her brothers Victor Kristek, Bennie Kristek, Daniel Kristek, and her sister Loretta Hajovsky.
