LaVerne Sims, 90, was born on October 19, 1928 and passed away on September 7, 2019.

Visitation with the family was held from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Waltrip Funeral Directors. Services began at 10:00 in the Waltrip Chapel with Pastor Rick Minett, officiating. Interment followed at Woodlawn Garden of Memories.
