

Lindol lived a life full of love, laughter, and deep devotion to those closest to her. She was a dedicated wife for 36 years to her beloved husband, Cullen Plaag, and found her greatest joy in caring for her family and home. Her passion extended beyond people, she was a true lover of animals, especially her dogs and horses, which brought her endless happiness throughout her life.
She will always be remembered for her loud, bright personality that could light up any room. Lindol had a remarkable ability to make people laugh and feel at ease, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. She cherished time spent with her family and loved the peace and beauty of living by the water.
Lindol is preceded in death by her father, Marshall Gatton Jr; her mother, Roberta Gatton; her sister, Carol Scott; and her husband, Cullen Plaag.
She is survived by her nephew, Richard Clendenin; her great-niece, Alexis Clendenin; her three great-great nieces and nephews; her stepson, James Plaag and his wife, Carol Plaag; and her step-grandson, Cameron Plaag.
Lindol’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her warmth, humor, and the joy she brought into the lives of others.
