Lottie Gay (Scott) Bell, born April 24, 1935 in Louisvillle, Ms to Fannon Mabel Wilson and William Madison Scott passed away on Feb. 20, 2011 in Houston at the age of 75. She was the second youngest of six sisters and one brother of which three sisters survive; Louise Scott, Winnie Ruth Rhodes, and Gloria Jane Watts
Lottie is preceded in death by her brother, Homer Scott, and three sisters, Willard Scott, Mildred Scott, and Ivie Mae Hall.
She is survived by; her husband of 60 years, Albert Isadore (Jack) Bell; eight children & their spouses, Albert Isadore Bell, Jr., Gaynale & William S. Bell, Linda Gay Kershner, Fannon Ann Stephens, Rebecca & Vester D. Bell, Ivie Gail Bell, Davanda & Billy J. Bell, Howard B. Bell; eighteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and numerous nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services: 12:00 Noon, Thurs., Feb. 24, 2011 at the Resthaven Chapel with interment to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
