Margaret Ann (Mitchon) Winkler

June 10, 1943 – October 18, 2018

Margaret Mitchon Winkler, 75, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2019. Margaret was retired, but had worked at Prudential Insurance for many years as well as Math Technology, a family business. She was preceeded in death by her husband of 48 ½ years, C.J. Winkler and her parents, Agnes and Victor Mitchon. Margaret is survived by loving family Kathy Winkler, Debbie Winkler and husband Randy Stadel; grandchildren Andrew Stadel, Kaitlin, Lindsay and Sydney Winkler. Also surviving are numerous in-laws, cousins and friends.

A visitation was held from 5-7 pm on Thursday, October 25, 2018 in the chapel of Waltrip Funeral Directors in Houston, Texas, where the Rosary was recited at 6:00 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial was 10:00 am on Friday, October 26, 2018 at St. Jerome Catholic Church, also in Houston. Following a brief reception at the church, the Rite of Committal was held at San Felipe de Austin Cemetery in San Felipe, Texas.
