Marlene Marie Rose went to be with Lord on June 10, 2010. She was born in Houston on December 18, 1936 to parents Sterling and Fannie Lange. Marlene was a faithful servant to the Lord and to the Salvation Army. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend that will be missed by all of those who knew and loved her. Marlene is survived by her sons: Thomas Keith Rose and Robert Kirk Rose and wife Esther; granddaughters: Amber, Alaina, Andi, Tiffany, Jana, Taylor, Brenna, and Averie; grandson, Thomas and sister, Carole Ann Tuttle. The family invites friends for a visitation on Sunday, June 13, 2010 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, TX, 77060. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 14, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home followed by an interment in Resthaven Cemetery.
