Martha Mayer Boedeker, 87, of Pearland, Texas, passed away November 17, 2020.
Martha was born to Paul and Angeline Michalec Mayer July 31 1933, in Shiner, Texas. She graduated from Shiner High School in 1950. She married Dennis Boedeker Sr. in 1950, and they lived together in San Antonio, Texas. Together they raised three children.
She is survived by children: Denise Offenhauser, Susie Boedeker and
Dennis Boedeker Jr. (Phyllis). Grandchildren: Jeff Turnipseed (Spring),
Sheri Offenhauser (Josh Driscoll), Angela Thomas, Rebecca Roswell (Zeke),
Shelley Boedeker Whistler (Stephen) and Emily Boedeker. Great
Grandchildren: Gage Krenek, Blake Turnipseed, Hannah & Berlyn Driscoll, Daxton Offenhauser Driscoll, Madison Leigh Thomas, Ryan Louis Roswell and Evie Whistler. She also leaves to cherish her memory many nieces & nephews including her loving sister in law Sidonia Krejci Mayer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Angeline Mayer, ten brothers and sisters, her loving husband, Dennis Boedeker Sr., children, Mary and Joseph, and granddaughter Kellie Denise Mitchell.
Martha worked for Texas Hobby Auto Auction for many years as a title clerk. She made many friends of her coworkers during her time there. Martha enjoyed fishing, polka dancing, and spending time with her friends and family.
