Mary Elizabeth Christensen, 96, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2011. Resident of Pearland, TX. Member of St. Helen’s Catholic Church of Pearland. She is preceded in death by her husband Donald Allen Christensen. She is survived by sons: Don and wife Jean Christensen, John and wife Emily Christensen, David and wife Carolyn Christensen, Robert Christensen, and Dr. Larry and wife Betty Christensen. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Clark and Susan, Cody and Kathy, Georgia and Greg, Donya and David, Christy and Terry, Laura Lee, Donald, Daniel, Cari, Larry Jr. and Julie, great-grandchildren: Cooper, Cody Jr, and wife Tannah, Morgan, Grace, Casey, Charlie, Nichole, Holey, Koby, Dayton, Dawson, Darren, Kristine, Hope, Jessica, Cody, Jack, Carter, and one great-great grandchild: Caeden, sisters: Agnes Sojack, Bertha Crummel, Helen Ferri, brother: Ervin and wife Peggy Christensen, and sister-in law Margaretta Christensen. A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary to begin at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 2209 Old Alvin Rd., Pearland, TX. 77581 on Monday, August 8, 2011 at 10am. Serving as Pallbearers will be: Clark Christensen, Cody Christensen, Cody Christensen Jr., Casey Hillman, Dayton Adams, and Larry Christensen Jr. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Dawson Adams, Darren Adams, Cooper Christensen, Jack Christensen, Carter Christensen, Billy Shaw, Leroy Robinson, and Carl Halik.
