Mildred is preceded in death by her husband, John T. Douglass; grandson, Craig; and both parents. She is survived by her daughter, Alberta Giles; sons, Jerry Stewart (Bobbie), and David Stewart (Marilyn); grandchildren, Dennis, Michelle, Stephen, Brian, and Julie; 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 28, 2017 from 5-8 PM at Heights Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held the following morning at 11 AM in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow at Historic Hollywood Cemetery.
