Morgan A. Stainback, 90, died on December 17, 2010. Born in Texarkana, Arkansas on November 22, 1920, and raised mostly in Beaumont, he served in the Army Air Corps in World War II and worked for more than 30 years for Shell Oil Company in Bellaire, Texas. Married to Jane Voss Stainback until her death in 1995, they had two daughters, Jane Stainback Hausler and Ashley Stainback Kress. Mr. Stainback is survived by his daughters, their husbands, Arthur Hausler and Hugh Kress; his brother and sister-in-law, Dru and Alma Stainback of San Diego, California and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. HIs family would in particular like to thank the wonderful ladies who cared for him in the last year, Mary, Sharo, Ashley and Maria, as well as the staff of Parkway Place Healthcare Center.
