Nancylou Elizabeth Harper, 68, of Houston, Texas passed away on March 16, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 44 years James Harper, sister, Patricia Swift and husband Billy and her niece Lisa Swift. A visitation will be held at Forest Park Lawndale on Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 5-9 PM and a funeral service will take place on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 10 AM.
