Ed and I coached girls softball for two years. Ed and Stephanie come to the Apachies when Stephanie was 11 and 12. We were very good, played  55 games the second year and won 48. Ed and I never had a cross word.

Nick! I had no idea of your passing.  Something triggered my thoughts of you again today & I began looking up a way to contact you. I discovered your passing. I am so very sorry & after all this time, will miss you very much. Thru these years, I have thought of you so often.  I know it's harder on the family you left behind & I send my condolences to them. I know this is so hard on them.  You shared how much in love you were with your wife. To the family:  I was Nick's partner in crime in Texas as the Ciba-Geneva reps.  We had each others back & l had great conversations with him. I loved him very much as a close co-worker and friend. I really did.  I am so very sorry for your loss. I feel the loss as well. Nick was an upfront and honest man with a huge, huge heart!

Ed Zohar is the very first name at the top of his/our 1962 Texas State Quarter Finals 
football trophy which in Humble High School on Wilson Road in Humble Texas.
