

Born May 15, 1931 in Houston, TX and grew up in the Heights area. She is survived by her sweetheart and Husband Victor Reddick. They were married 62 years. She was the school librarian at St. Jerome’s for 42 years retiring in 2009. The new St. Jerome library was dedicated to her on Jan. 28, 2007 and was officially named “The Norma Morgan Reddick Library”. She was actively involved with the Catholic Daughter’s and is a life member of the Girl Scouts with 30 years’ service. She has received numerous awards, 1972 Medal of Recognition from Bishop Morkovsky, 1979 the Award of Ruth; 1982 St. Anne Award; 1987 St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Award; 1989 the Family Award.
She is preceded in death by her father Ivey Isham Morgan and mother Marium Martha Grayson Morgan. Also preceding her were her brothers and sisters, Robert, Lois, Joy, Marium, Sammy and Johnny. Survived by her brother J.P. Morgan and his wife Dodie, her children, Victor Reddick Jr. and his wife Carolyn , Christopher Reddick and his wife Debbie, Sandra Stone and her husband James, and Jeffrey Reddick and his wife Laura. She leaves her grandchildren who lovingly know her as “Nanny”: C.J. Reddick, Valerie and Garrett Foglesong; Melissa and Lance Williams; Paul & Heather Reddick, David & Lacey Floyd and Michael and Stephanie Reddick; 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation 5-7 PM with Rosary to follow, Mon. Feb. 17, 2014, at St Jerome Catholic Church. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, St. Jerome Catholic Church, 8825 Kempwood Dr., Houston, TX 77080. Rite of Committal, Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
