Ouida Juanita Ethridge Tullos, 102, peacefully passed away at her home on Monday, October 3, 2016. She was born July 17, 1914 in Boyce, Ennis County, Texas to Fada Helen Johnson Ethridge and Charles Charlton Ethridge. Ouida married Julius Clyde (JC) Tullos on November 28, 1933 in Groveton, Texas which lasted for 64 Years. She was preceded in death by her husband J C Tullos; son-in-law, Louis Torres and daughter-in-law, Frankie Tullos. Ouida is survived by her children, daughters, Shirley Torres of Pasadena, Texas and Beverly Montgomery and her husband Willis of Austin, Texas; son, Jerry Tullos of Austin, Texas; grandchildren, Kerri and Jeff Reeves, Kelly and Shawn Bohl, Kim and Todd Sherman, Crissy Tullos and Debbie Tullos; great grandchildren, Audrey Bohl, Kaitlyn Sherman and many close friends who have become family. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 7, 2016 from 11 am-12 pm at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home with a 12 pm Graveside Service. Interment will follow.
