My dear sweet sister. I still think of you every day, but you have been especially heavy on my heart these past few weeks. I miss you so, and our hours long talks that always included both laughter and tears. We went through so much together, and no one will ever understand me like you could. Sometimes I feel so very alone here without you, but then I remember something you said or did and you still make me laugh today. I can't wait till I can laugh with you again inside the pearly gates.

Found a letter that Crystal sent you. She sure loved her Mommy. I am glad that the two of you are together again!

I can never express how much you influenced me and how deeply I cared. I remember looking out the window into the back yard and seeing you and Pam suntanning, you all tan and golden, your long hair shinning and beautiful and Pam all red and burnt and beautiful too and thinking I wanted to grow up to be like you. Then I grew up, got married and moved away and would hear about you from time to time and think to myself, "I miss her". Then I found myself all grown up, alone, back at the house in Houston raising 5 kids. And one day, I walked to the back yard and there you were, leaning across the fence and smiling at me, telling me you thought you were seeing my mom! LOL! Patty, you did so much for me when I had no help and my kiddos loved you as much as I did. Some things you probably didn't even realize you had done but those things mattered to us! It never failed, when I would bake cookies, you would appear at the fence and I would pass the kids a handful to take over to you and Lisa! I will always hold you dear to my heart and will miss not being able to see you or hear your laughter again while on this earth. I will look forward to seeing you in all of your shining glory one day. I wonder if Heaven has Twister?? Watch for me and when I get there.... Meet me at the fence.....

Patty, you are the love of my life. I will cherish all of the good times and bad times that we have shared together. They brought us closer together and produced a bond that could not be broken. I will always remember your smile, your laugh and your strength. You have my heart and soul. I will miss you my love but I have comfort in knowing that you will be with Crystal and Blue. Rest in piece till I see you again for Part Two.
