Peter Austin Coleman

Peter Austin Coleman, "PACMAN", was born July 22, 1948 in Mobile, Alabama, to Peter Austin and Mary Abston who both preceded him in death. Shortly after his graduation from Trinity Garden High School in Mobile, he moved to Houston, Texas where he made his home. He was married and helped raise a host of nieces and nephews who were proud to call him Dad. Later he met his love Mrs. Patricia Coleman. They were joined in holy matrimony with their family and friends around them as he welcomed her four children whom he adopted in spirit and love and cared for them as if they were his own. He began his career at TIW where he met a great group of friends who were his extended family. Peter Coleman departed this life on May 24, 2015. He was survived by his wife of 27 years, Patricia Coleman, his brother Mack (Darlene) Austin, his children LaDrenda Black, Cynthia (Thaddieus) Emory, Curtis (Melinda) Black, and Cameron Black, his 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and many, many friends and neighbors. He was preceded in death by his brother, Grover Austin and sister Rose Abston. He will truly be missed.
