She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will also be remembered for her love of cooking and we will never forget her French toast and homemade tortillas. She had a love for her church, Houston Astros, bingo, and gardening.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Macedonio and Delfina Aranda, her siblings, Tony, Ralph, Beatrice and Tino, her husband, Fred Aguilar and daughter, Cindy Davila. She is survived by her sister, Petra, brother in law, Ewell, children Ernie Aguilar, Freddy Aguilar and wife Delia, Sandra (Sandy) Serrato and husband Rudy, son in law, Fernando Davila, 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
All services will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale, Houston TX 77023. Visitation will be Friday, August 18 at 5-9pm. Rosary will begin at 7pm. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 19 at 10 am with burial to follow.
