Rella M Spurck

Rella M. Spurck was born: February 1, 1926-March 1, 2013. The Lord called Rella home today, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband Adam (Sonny). She leaves behind her beloved daughter Carmen Bailey, grandsons and their families. Robert Bailey, wife Monica, Dylan and Devan; Ronald Bailey, wife Melissa, Ronald and Aubrey; Shawn Bailey, wife Talia, Austin and Cole. She was their "Grams" and she was always so very proud of all of them. She also leaves behind nieces and nephews: Nelda Murphy, Wanda Dudley, Billie Doris Smith, Kenneth Goree, and Dolores Fine. Great-nieces and nephews: Debbie Sorensen, Rick Hustedt, Holly Morton, Joyce Jacobs and Van Dick. Rella was one of the first female executives at Southwestern Bell and worked there for over 40 years until she retired; there she was involved with the group "The Pioneers." She enjoyed the volunteer work she did for many years and the friends she made as well. The family would like to thank the following people: Bill Sorensen, Roger Beck, Helen Thorton, Cindy Stewert, Dr. Richard Jackson, everyone at the "Autumn Grove Cottages" and Melanie with A Med Hospice. Visitation will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home on Sunday, March 3, 2013 from 3-8pm. Private interment will be held at a later date.
