Bob was a true inspiration to all of us. He was always upbeat and positive everyday. I was fortunate to know him and work with him and he will be missed by all of us. My sympathy and prayers go out to the family.

I have know of Bob for the five years I worked with him at Sunbelt Supply.  I have seen him walking the hall and especially where our faxes machine is was the mail boxes where he check for mail. I have admire is courage and the his will to keep going; he reminded me of my Father.  My thoughts and prayers is with the family of Bob.

Knowing Bob was an genuine honor. He was funny, loyal, and definitely one of the most respected guys in our industry. My heart and prayers go out to you Mary and your family.

I am proud to say that Bob has been a friend for over 30 years. If there ever was a "Great Person"-Bob was that guy. One of the best respected persons - ever. If one day there was a Hall of Fame in our business, Bob would be at the top.

I was very sad to hear of Bob's passing, I worked with Bob  many years ago but this industry we are in just seems to keep us all tied together, such a nice person to have known, he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out the family .

This is a "verbal" hug to the family. Bob was a great guy and always ready to help me if I had a problem. He was upbeat and always had a smile....and a crafty sense of humor. He will be greatly missed. He was a truly good man.

I was extremely fortunate to have been one of the people hired at VSC by Bob Laime.  We worked together for 20+ years as co-workers and then as friendly competitors.  In either role, he was always one of the best.  I learned so much of what I know in the industry from Bob's early tutoring.  Often a teacher, always a gentleman, he will be missed. (and was very good at it too) I admired him for his true family values; his knowledge of our industry; his hard work and determination;and his great attitude! I met Bob when I started working at Valve Systems & Controls in 1982.  He was very knowledgeable in the industry and taught me a great deal about electric actuators.  We had a lot of good times working and playing at VSC; many fond memories that I will cherish.  My prayers are with the family and his closest friends during this difficult time.

I feel very lucky to have worked with Bob for as long as have.  I learned alot from him over the years.  He was always so patient in explaining things to me, no matter how many times I asked.  Bob was the best of the best in our industry and will be greatly missed by all who had the privelege of working with him especially his family at Sunbelt.  Miss you Bob - Rest in Peace !!

There was no one like Bob. For the past 16 years, I have been blessed to call him friend and mentor. Working and on occasion, traveling with him over the years were great times and now precious memories. The times that Linda & I shared with Bob & Mary were too much fun and too seldom. I will miss him, his smile, his humor and his incredible knowledge of our industry. His grace and determination these last months were an inspiration to those who knew him.

I have known Bob about 15 years.  Even though we didn't work together we had a good relationship being competitors.  We had some good laughs on the phone.  He was one of the nicest people in this business and would always try to help.  He will definitely be missed.
