Rose L. Rodriguez

She was born, August 26,1947. She lived in Houston all her life.

Rose Rodriguez is survived by her loving mother Joan Guajardo, her brother Lawrence Guajardo and sisters Helen Rojas and Hilda Cervantes. She will join her older sister Olga Longoria in heaven. She is survived by her sons Victor M. Gonzalez Jr., Terrence Rodriguez and daughter Jo Ann Denise Rangel. Rose had 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She also had several nieces, nephews and many other family members.

Rose had a wonderful career of over 35 years as a Cosmetologist. She loved to spend time with family at family gatherings, holidays and celebrations. As a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend she always wished the best for everyone and wanted them to live their best lives. Her beautiful smile and presence will be missed but never forgotten.

We love you Mom and you will live forever in our hearts! Thank you for all you did for everyone in our family. You taught us to keep our heads up even when things became hard and encouraged us to be the best we could be even when we doubted ourselves. You also taught us to see the positive in everyone and everybody. At the end of the day mom we know you just wanted us to be happy. Thank you we will miss you!

Immediate family and close friends will celebrate her life with a private memorial service at Forest Park Lawndale.
